Before you arrive:

• If you do not have a CLASSE computer account, ask your supervisor to fill out the New User Form; CHESS users should contact the X-ray Program User Office
• If you need a CLASSE computer, ask your supervisor to fill out the Computer Request Form

2. Online documentation; please give feedback on CLASSE online documentation (email to service-classe@cornell.edu preferred).
3. Open a CLASSE-IT service ticket. There are two ways to do this (see ServiceRequestTips before you do so):
   1. Send email to service-classe@cornell.edu.
   2. Use the Service Request web form.
4. For emergencies only: IT group phone numbers (restricted).
