Following the scheduled power outages at Wilson Lab last weekend
, all central CLASSE-IT services have now been restored, including samba. If you encounter problems with your individual computer or with other computing resources, please:
- First, try rebooting your computer, if possible.
- Then, submit a ServiceRequest if the problem remains.
AppsAnywhere Upgrade: Tuesday, 04-Aug-2020 @ 8:00 AM
On Tuesday, 04-Aug-2020, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon, the AppsAnywhere
service will be upgraded. We expect applications to be unavailable for up to an hour somewhere within this window. During that time, any applications that are active might report that there is an interruption, and will resume when the connection returns. If you have any questions or concerns, please submit a ServiceRequest
General network and server maintenance will occur every Tuesday from 12 noon to 2:00 PM.

and via CLASSE-IT-NEWS-L
, but with the size and complexity of our network there is always the potential for something to go wrong. We will do our best to contain all network maintenance and planned outages to Tuesdays from 12 noon to 2:00 PM.
Unless other arrangements have been made, CLASSE-managed Windows systems may be updated and rebooted on Tuesday morning at 2:00 AM
