Vulnerability in iOS (and maybe MacOS)

Last Friday, Apple released a critical update to iOS 6 and iOS 7 to fix a major security flaw that allows for eavesdropping of supposedly secure transmissions. We encourage everyone to update their iPhones, iPads, and iPods to iOS 7.0.6 or 6.1.6, preferably using a secure network (such as RedRover-Secure or eduroam).

Macs running OS X 10.9 may also be vulnerable, although Apple has not yet released an OS X update.
