To view a conference room shared calendar, follow the instructions here: https://it.cornell.edu/outlook-web-resource-accounts/view-shared-calendars-outlook-web. Instead of typing in a person's name or NetID, type in a Resource Name from the above table.

Schedule a Meeting in a Conference Room

To schedule a meeting in a conference room:

1. Create a meeting in your own calendar.
   • Follow steps 1 through 7 under "Create a Meeting": https://it.cornell.edu/outlook-web/propose-meetings-outlook-web?utm_source=sidebar
2. Invite the conference room to that meeting as an attendee.
   • When editing the meeting, under People, type in a Resource Name from the above table.
   • After the conference room has been added to the meeting, it should appear under Attendees.
   • Click on "Send". You will receive an email notifying you whether the conference room has accepted or declined your invitation.
