Videoconferencing in PSB-308
Please do NOT open the A/V cabinet -- delicate equipment inside!

- Turn TV on
- Select TV input 6 (see photos 1 & 2)

- Turn TV on
- Select TV input 7 (see photos 1 & 2)

(If Select source does not work, try toggling to a different source and then back to the desired source) |
- Audio/video input:
- Video input provided by your laptop camera
- Unplug Jabra Speakerphone from table USB socket, then plug into laptop USB port
- Audio/video output:
- Laptops with HDMI: Plug table HDMI cable into laptop; DO NOT plug audio jack into laptop
- Laptops with VGA: Plug table VGA + audio jack cables into laptop
- Laptops with USBc: Use USBc<->HDMI/USB3 adapter (see photo 3)
- Laptops with MiniDisplayPort: Use MiniDisplayPort<->HDMI adapter (see photo 4)
- Join Zoom meeting and select "connect audio by computer" (if offered)
- Zoom audio: set to Jabra SPEAK 410 USB; Zoom video: set to your laptop camera
- Test audio: Microphone → Audio Options... → Test Computer Mic & Speakers
- Video Settings... → My Video: you may want "Enable mirror effect" UNCHECKED

- Audio/video input:
- Plug Jabra Speakerphone USB cable into table USB socket
- Video input provided by in-room video camera
- Audio/video output:
- Video output provided by in-room TV
- Audio output provided by Jabra speakerphone
- Launch Zoom, sign In with SSO (for Cornell), Company domain = https://cornell.zoom.us
- Zoom audio: set to Jabra SPEAK 410 USB
- Zoom video: set to PTZ Pro 2 -- adjust with the Logitech remote (see photo 5)
- Test audio: Microphone → Audio Options... → Test Computer Mic & Speakers
- Video Settings... → My Video: you may want "Enable mirror effect" UNCHECKED
- LOG OUT OF ZOOM WHEN DONE

Troubleshooting
If the in-room Mac Mini presents you with a login screen, try rebooting.
If you still get a login screen after rebooting, login credentials are on a sticker affixed to the bottom of the in-room keyboard.
For flaky Mac USB (example symptom: speaker or microphone works a while, then fails), try unplugging then replugging the USB cable into table USB socket, or rebooting.
