Windows and Mac OS computers can be remotely controlled using ScreenConnect. With ScreenConnect, you take control of the remote computer and see the same thing that someone sitting in front of the computer sees.

Please submit a ServiceRequest if you need to remotely connect to any CLASSE Windows or Mac OS computers.

Windows Application Servers - winapp

WindowsApplicationServers, aka winapp, allow you to create your own desktop on a remote windows application server. For licensing and technical reasons, some applications are only available remotely on winapp. Multiple users can simultaneously connect to winapp and create their own desktops.
