Getting to Ithaca

Transportation to and from the Workshop

Shuttle buses will be provided to and from the hotel to the meeting facilities at Cornell's ILR Conference Center. If you prefer to drive yourself, you can purchase visitor's parking passes at one of the kiosks at the main entrances to Cornell's campus. There is also a bus service running regularly between the Cornell Campus and downtown Ithaca if you need to go back and forth during the day.

Final Shuttle Bus Schedule

Please note that there will be a shuttle bus from the conference center to the Holiday Inn immediately after Wednesday's sessions for those not attending the banquet. Also, pickup times at the Holiday Inn on Wednesday and Thursday have been moved to 8:00 AM.

Tuesday, Sept. 26
- 7:45 AM - Departure from the Holiday Inn to the ILR Conference Center
- 6:00 PM - Departure from the ILR Conference Center to the Holiday Inn
Wednesday, Sept. 27
- 8:00 AM - Departure from the Holiday Inn to the ILR Conference Center
- 6:00 PM - Departure from the ILR Conference Center to the Holiday Inn for those not attending the banquet
- 9:00 PM - Departure from the Statler Hotel (after the banquet) to the Holiday Inn
Thursday, Sept. 28
- 8:00 AM - Departure from the Holiday Inn to the ILR Conference Center
- 1:00 PM - Departure from the ILR Conference Center to the Holiday Inn and the Ithaca Airport.
